Tangy Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 Spicy Pepper of Your Choice (Thai work great!)
- 1 tsp Adobo sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine mustard, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat mixture on medium heatBring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, and simmer 5 minutes to allow sauce to thickenLet cool. Serve or store for later
- Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month
