Boozy Homemade Cranberry Sauce
An all-time favorite holiday recipe with a twist. Cranberry sauce became a staple due to its previous abundance.

- 24 ounces raw cranberries
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 cup walnuts
Place cranberries in 13 x 9 glass casserole dish and pour sugar over the top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 1 to 1.5 hours until the cranberries have popped, stir half way through.
Remove from oven and let cool. Add Grand Marnier and toasted walnuts, refrigerate.
Use glass baking dish with cookie sheet underneath to prevent spills.
Time varies depending on cranberries, check after an hour to see if cranberries have popped.
Can be made on the stove by adding 1/2 cup of water/orange juice to sugar and cranberries and cooking over medium heat for 15 minutes or once cranberries have begin to soften.
