Hawaiian Cinnamon Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
  

Rolls

  • 12-count Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Icing

  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese pudding mix optional
  • 2 tbsp creamer
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Place Hawaiian Sweet Rolls on cutting board and cut half in horizontally to create one large top and bottom piece
  • Place bottom piece on sheet pan and spread 1/4 cup butter on it before evenly sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter layer
  • Set the top piece on top of the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon layers and spread the other 1/4 cup butter on top of the rolls
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes
  • While the cinnamon rolls bake, combine powdered sugar, dairy-free coffee creamer, cream cheese-flavored pudding mix, vanilla, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth
  • Remove cinnamon rolls from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before drizzling icing on top
