Irish Whiskey Shamrock Shake

This recipe makes for a great St Patrick's day cocktail, combining a classic shamrock shake and whiskey

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 2-3 oz Green River Soda
  • 1 splash of Cream/ Half & Half/ Whole Milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine scoops of ice cream, blue curaçao, Irish whiskey, Green River soda, and cream or milk in a blender.
  • Pour in a tall glass.  Garnish with whipped cream or whipped topping and finish with green sprinkles on top. Add a straw and serve cold.
