This drink is a delicious summer spinoff of the traditional Moscow mule, including both peach and whiskey as ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz whiskey of choice
  • 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2-1 juice of a lime as desired for tartness
  • ginger beer
  • peach slices, lime wedge, mint leaves as garnish

Instructions
 

  • To a glass or copper mug, add ice and top with whiskey, schnapps, lime juice and stir to combine.
  • Top it off with ginger beer.
  • Add mint, a lime wedge and peach slice. Serve immediately.
