While she hasn’t outright admitted it, she has definitely had some work done in the chest area, but her fans aren’t complaining.
Most of her Instagram pics feature her just hanging out around the house, or lounging around in a bikini at the pool.

In other photos, she’s either getting ready for the gym, or advertising pre-workout supplements, or both. Alex obviously has to use some combination of both to stay as fit and fabulous as she is!
