Cheesy Jalapeno Skillet Dip

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 16 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese sub any cheese of choice
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 4 oz Green Chilis
- 3 Fresh Jalapenos
- 2 tsp Killer Hog’s Rub
- 2 tsp Mexican Seasoning
Allow Cream Cheese to get to room temp
Add Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Mayo, Jalapeno and Green Chilis to mixing bowl and mix
Add Mexican Seasonings and Rub
Coat cast iron skillet with a little cooking spray and add dip to skillet
Smooth out in skillet and top with shredded cheese and thin sliced jalapenos
Heat smoker to 350
Once to temp, set skillet center of bottom rack
Cook for 25-30mins until bubbling. Cheese will start to brown
Dip will be HOT, allow to cool before serving. about 15mins
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or crackers
