Cheesy Jalapeno Skillet Dip

- Smoker
- Mixing Bowl
- Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 16 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese sub any cheese of choice
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 4 oz Green Chilis
- 3 Fresh Jalapenos
- 2 tsp Killer Hog’s Rub
- 2 tsp Mexican Seasoning
Instructions
- Allow Cream Cheese to get to room temp
- Add Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Mayo, Jalapeno and Green Chilis to mixing bowl and mix
- Add Mexican Seasonings and Rub
- Coat cast iron skillet with a little cooking spray and add dip to skillet
- Smooth out in skillet and top with shredded cheese and thin sliced jalapenos
- Heat smoker to 350
- Once to temp, set skillet center of bottom rack
- Cook for 25-30mins until bubbling. Cheese will start to brown
- Dip will be HOT, allow to cool before serving. about 15mins
- Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or crackers
