Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 apple shredded
- maple syrup topping
- ground cinnamon topping
- chopped apples topping
Whisk together the egg, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla in a bowl to combine
Add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Whisk the dry ingredients until they are blended with the wet ingredients, being careful to not overmix the batter
Add the shredded apples to the batter and gently mix
Heat your griddle to 325 degrees. Pour about ΒΌ cup batter for each pancake
Cook about 3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 3 minutes
Remove from heat. Serve with maple syrup, ground cinnamon and chopped apples
