Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 apple shredded
- maple syrup topping
- ground cinnamon topping
- chopped apples topping
Instructions
- Whisk together the egg, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla in a bowl to combine
- Add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Whisk the dry ingredients until they are blended with the wet ingredients, being careful to not overmix the batter
- Add the shredded apples to the batter and gently mix
- Heat your griddle to 325 degrees. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake
- Cook about 3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 3 minutes
- Remove from heat. Serve with maple syrup, ground cinnamon and chopped apples
