Grilled Jalapeno Poppers
These jalapeno poppers are mildly spicy, extremely cheesy, and unbelievably delicious. They are easy to make, using only five ingredients.

- 12 jalapeno peppers Medium size
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat your grill to medium high heat, between 425-450°F.
Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise. Keep the stems intact.
Remove the seeds from the pepper, using either a knife or jalapeno corer, and discard them. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and salt in a medium-size bowl.
Stuff the mixture into the jalapenos, using either a spoon or your hands.
Lightly brush cooking oil onto the grill to prevent sticking.
Place the stuffed jalapenos onto the grill.
Close the grill lid. Cook the peppers for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.
Serve.
