Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

These jalapeno poppers are mildly spicy, extremely cheesy, and unbelievably delicious. They are easy to make, using only five ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 jalapeno peppers Medium size
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium high heat, between 425-450°F.
  • Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise. Keep the stems intact.
  • Remove the seeds from the pepper, using either a knife or jalapeno corer, and discard them.
  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and salt in a medium-size bowl.
  • Stuff the mixture into the jalapenos, using either a spoon or your hands.
  • Lightly brush cooking oil onto the grill to prevent sticking.
  • Place the stuffed jalapenos onto the grill.
  • Close the grill lid. Cook the peppers for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.
  • Serve.
