Alongside being a favorite food for guests, they are also a favorite food for the cooks… Because they’re so easy to make! You can even prep them ahead of time, so when it is time to cook, you can just place them on the grill or in the oven.
Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
- 12 jalapeno peppers Medium size
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat, between 425-450°F.
- Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise. Keep the stems intact.
- Remove the seeds from the pepper, using either a knife or jalapeno corer, and discard them.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and salt in a medium-size bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the jalapenos, using either a spoon or your hands.
- Lightly brush cooking oil onto the grill to prevent sticking.
- Place the stuffed jalapenos onto the grill.
- Close the grill lid. Cook the peppers for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.
- Serve.
