Colognes come in so many different scents and experiences that it can be difficult to decide what you should try. WhiskeyAndBabes has researched the most popular colognes in the United States and here are our top ten, a few of them can easily be found on the shelf of your local Walmart, some are available through online ordering only, some are less than $20, others some approach the $100 mark, but all of them are uniquely masculine and designed to do one thing: to make you a pleasure to be around.

10.) Azaro Wanted Eau de Toilette– Wanted is a spicy wood-based fragrance with lemon, ginger, mint, and lavender with hints of cardamom juniper, apple, and geranium.
9.) Cool Water By Davidoff– Cool Water has been a best seller for decades. An oceanic scent it has strong notes of seawater, mint, lavender, coriander, and rosemary with hints of sandalwood, jasmine, neroli, and geranium.
8.) Eternity for Men by Calvin Klein –CK Eternity, which has become a household name for over three decades offers primary scent notes of mandarin orange, lemon, bergamot, and lavender.
7.) Lagerfeld by Karl Lagerfeld– Lagerfeld is the most popular fragrance in Texas according to FragranceX is a classic scent, released all the way back in 1978 known for its combination of nutmeg, estragon, and sweet oranges with hints of rose, patchouli, and cedarwood.
6.) Coach for Men Eau de Toilette– Coach for Men dropped in 2017, created by Anne Flipo and Bruno Jovanovic. According to RealMenRealStyle, “this wood cologne is perfect for the spring and summer with a more fruity opening and a more clean dry-down.” It features scents of pear, bergamot, coriander, cardamom, grapefruit, and lavender with hints of amber wood and suede.
5.) Acqua Di Gio Pour Homme by Giorgio Armani– Another hit from the nineties and one of the world’s most recognizable scents is Acqua Di Gio by Giorgio Armani, designed in 96′ to replicate the Mediterranian breeze. Acqua di Gio features notes of orange, lime, mandarin orange, jasmine, Lemon, bergamot, nutmeg, violet, peach, and rosemary, with hints of Oakmoss and Cedar.
4.) Adidas Moves for Him– Adidas Moves probably throws many millennials back to Junior High or Freshman year. Released in 1999, the immensely popular scent flew off of drug store shelves for years. Fragrantica broke down the smell of an early 2000s homecoming dance, “Top notes are Tomato Leaf, Green Apple, Pineapple, Mint, Black Pepper, Mandarin Orange, and Star Anise; middle notes are Juniper Berries, Musk, Lavender, Ginger, Geranium, Jasmine, and Cedar; base notes are Thyme, Oakmoss, Sandalwood, and Lily-of-the-Valley.” (For the record, this writer wore it for about a decade.)
3.) Bleu de Chanel-“The Bleu de Chanel is an elegant and sophisticated scent, so it works really well for a professional setting.” wrote Lindsey Davis, Editor for Fragrance and Co. According to DapperConfidential, Bleu de Chanel comes in the eponymous and minimalist dark blue bottle, and “has standout incense, vetiver, mint, cedar and amber notes. Super smooth, sensual, and sexy, you’ll be hard-pressed to find another fragrance that gets as many compliments as Bleu de Chanel EDP.”
2.) Versace Man Eau Fraiche– Another scent inspired by the Mediterranean sea, Versace’s Men Eau Fraiche was created in 2006 and features crisp tones of rosewood, carambola, lemon, bergamot with subtler notes of cedar, sage, pepper, saffron, and sycamore.
1.) Blue Ridge by Fulton & Roarke– A spicy wood-based fragrance with lemon, ginger, mint, and lavender with hints of cardamom juniper, apple, and geranium. Finally, the most interesting scent we’ve found this year is Blue Ridge by Fulton & Roarke, makers of solid colognes. Blue Ridge is a love letter to sandalwood. The creators write, “The warm and woody fragrance is accented with top notes of fresh Sage and smooth Amber, to create a fragrance that is both familiar and intriguing.”
