“I love being naked!” Kelly Clarkson recently proclaimed. The subject came up on the December 6 episode of her NBC show. She’s lost a chunk of weight but would much prefer floating free and natural without any gravity.
Nothing weird about naked
There’s a new reality show on the horizon based on being naked in public. The day’s guests are both about to reveal the “Real Full Monty.” Tyler Posey brought a selfie along to get the conversation started.
He was “posing with his pants down.” In the middle of a highway. The photo taken in May was a celebration of being sober a full three years.
Clarkson’s other guest, Taye Diggs, wanted the bottle of eyewash. “Was that your booty?” Diggs, queried. Yeah, that’s me, Posey confirmed. Clarkson was much more open minded. “How freeing was that moment though?” Clarkson observed.
“I love being naked!” Unfortunately for about half of her fans, she isn’t real interested in being naked where anyone can see her. You won’t be treated to a nude spread on Onlyfans any time soon. The paparazzi haven’t been able to get any topless shots but did manage to catch her frolicking on the beach in next to nothing.
“I think we are so weird about being naked, especially in this country,” Clarkson remarked. Posey agreed. “America is weird about it.” It comes from our puritan roots as a nation.
Clarkson doesn’t mind a little skin. “It’s just bodies.” Basic human anatomy. There are only two standard models.
Not that different
There is a time and a place for everything, she acknowledges. including being naked. Even outdoors. “I think there’s inappropriate ages for certain things, but at some point, it’s just like, we’re not that different. You know?”
Posey did find dropping his pants on a highway for his photo “liberating.” A little too liberating, sometimes, Clarkson laughed. “Until gravity takes hold. And then it’s like, wow, that happens, huh?” Maybe Elon Musk’s partner Grimes will book some SpaceX time for the two of them.
Apparently, Diggs will be one of the totally self-conscious normally homophobic males in for a very public attitude adjustment on the new series. The whole program is meant to convert normal guys to the nudist joys of “naturism.”
The show follows six men as “they train and rehearse for the most revealing performance of their careers, culminating with a big strip-tease dance, choreographed by Emmy Award-winner Mandy Moore, where they will bare all in front of a live audience.”
The hard part for the contestants won’t be stripping naked for a crowd of screaming women, it will be walking around in front of each other with their junk hanging out. The producers aim to ease them into it gradually.
“Leading up to the final disrobing, the men will push their limits of comfortability, modesty and brotherhood with a series of rehearsals and experiences, both private and public, designed to build confidence and remove them far from their comfort zone and strengthen their bond as a group.“
