Peppermint Martini
Not only does this minty refreshing cocktail taste good, it looks just as appealing!
Ingredients
- 0/5-1 oz peppermint schnapps depending on how strong of a mint flavor you prefer
- 0.5 oz vanilla vodka
- 1.5 oz white creme de cocoa
- 2 oz heavy cream
- simple syrup or grenadine to rim glass
- peppermint candy to rim glass
Instructions
- Crush the peppermint candy and place in shallow dish.
- Prepare the martini glass: dip the rim of the glass in simple syrup or grenadine and then the crushed peppermint candy.
- Add all remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake to mix. Strain into prepared glass.
