Eliza Rose Watson’s work out sessions are so hot, she needs a cold shower. The British model loves to share her workouts with her followers on Instagram, and they definitely love it.
According to her bio, Eliza is a “recovered addict turned gym junkie.” Taking a look at her amazing abs, it’s pretty obvious she works out pretty hard.

“I’m 3 weeks into a 4 week programme after a while out of lifting heavy and I am eating a lotttt and feeling good about my gains,” she captioned the post below, wearing just a white see-through tank top, pulled up to show off her abs, and a red thong.
