
Raspberry Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 lime slice cut slit in center to rim glass
- sea salt
- 1/4-1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Chambord
- 1 oz lime juice
- lime wheel to garnish as desired
Instructions
- For salted rim, run the lime slice along the rim of the margarita glass. Pour sea salt onto a small plate and swirl the moistened rim into the salt to adhere.
- Add the raspberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Pour in the tequila, Chambord and lime juice and add a handful of ice. Put on the cocktail shaker top and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass. If desired, garnish with a lime wheel.
