Raspberry Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1.5 oz raspberry simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 egg white
Instructions
- Add gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds
- Add ice in cocktail shaker and shake again until the cocktail is chilled. Strain the drink into a chilled glass
- Decorate the top of the foam with a drizzle of raspberry syrup, or serve with a toothpick speared with fresh raspberries
