Doja Cat broke all the Austin City Limits with a fan pleasing half naked performance. Her “barely-there ensemble featuring a crop top and ripped pants” was a huge crowd pleaser.

The 25-year-old performer who goes by the stage name “Doja Cat,” Purred her way through “Say So” and her other big hits from center stage at the Austin City Limits music festival on October 2. Adoring fans of the crop-topped pussy-cat were drooling over the toned abs revealed on stage.
To compliment the act, the “2021 MTV Video Music Awards host, born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, also donned ripped leggings and a pair of platform shoes, as she styled her blonde tresses in a sleek, straight ‘do.”
Not long ago, Doja Cat sat down with Missy Elliott for an interview to talk about what inspires her. “Even though I was born in 1995, I’m stuck in 2010, or 2004. I feel like I need to revamp my sound, but I’m also having a lot of fun, so f*** it, who cares?”
There are those born in the 60’s who are just as stuck in the past and also had “a lot of fun.” They say, “enjoy it while you have the chance.”
After dismissing that it matters, Doja Cat shows she’s really a perfectionist after all. As much as she wants to deny it, she wants to give her fans every cent of their money’s worth.
“I’m good, and I can be funny and charming, and I can do little punchlines here and there, but I need to talk about my life more, and about what’s going on.” She has a hard time opening up.
Holding out on her fans
“There’s personal stuff that happens in my life that I don’t talk about in my music. I also kind of don’t care.” Her 420 friendly lifestyle could have just a little bit to do with the indifference.
She’s also been holding out material. While Doja Cat has “already released a slew of hits, the A-lister still has some bangers locked in the vault.”
There’s just a little problem with the copyright laws. “I have some songs that I so want to put out that are probably six years old. They are crazy. I sampled something that I’d probably never get the rights to.”
This latest performance has everyone comparing it to the outfit she wore as host of the Video Music Awards a few weeks prior. Doja Cat was heavily photographed “wearing a strapless, black corset with a dark purple wrap draped around her body.” That was accented by “towering red pumps and matching thigh-high, red latex socks.”
True fans of Doja Cat will remember an image that was even more revealing. It appeared in 2014, at the time she released her debut EP “Purrr” for which “she was later dubbed a ‘psychedelic prodigy.’ The singer records simple songs about guys, sex, youth and difficult relationships with the police.”
Her costume left little to the imagination, which is even better than showing it all.
