Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 6 oz freshly brewed strong coffee
- 1.5-2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Place the brown sugar in a glass or mug. Pour in the coffee and stir until well combined and the sugar has completely dissolved. Add whiskey to taste.
- Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee to form a layer on top.
