Limoncello Spritz
A wonderfully refreshing cocktail with crisp flavor perfect for the summer
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 oz limoncello chilled
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1 oz club soda
- lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large glass or spritz glass halfway with crushed ice.
- Pour the limoncello, prosecco, and soda water into the glass and give it a stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve
