Dolgona Whiskey

Dalgona Whiskey or Dalgona Peg is the new style of serving whiskey where it floats over water.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 60 ml Whiskey
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Fill ¾th of the glass with water and add ice cubes in it
  • Cover the mouth of the glass with a clean cloth. Make sure to fold the cloth in 4 layers
  • Press the cloth down a bit from the middle so that it touches the water
  • Slowly, pour the whisky in the indentations and let it slowly seep in the water
  • Stir and serve

Notes

You can adjust the amount of water according to your preference.
