  • 4 Peaches of any Style
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or RUM)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch Clove Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts

Instructions

  • This is the best method to make grilled peaches without a grill. Use a grilling pan or a cast-iron skillet on the stovetop. Make sure to grease the skillet slightly. At first, cut the stone fruit in half and carefully remove the pit. Cut the peaches along the seams all the way around, twist your hand to remove the flesh, and carefully remove the pit from the other half. Use a knife to remove it. If Grilling, Simply prep your grill like you normally would and toss these suckers on there for 10 mins, flipping once half way through cooking
  • Mix maple syrup, cinnamon powder, clove powder & nutmeg in a bowl. Dip the cut side of peach in the syrup and place on the hot grill pan. Let them cook for 3-5 minutes until they get grilling marks.Flip on other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer them on a plate.
  • Serve them with a dollop of Greek yogurt and chopped nuts. Grilled peaches are ready to enjoy with Greek yogurt & maple syrup.
  • If using Rum instead of Maple Syrup...We Recommend Soaking your peaches for a couple hours in spiced rum then cooking directly on your grill
