Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
- 16 oz bottle buffalo wing sauce of choice
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- bread rolls of choice
Instructions
- Add buffalo wing sauce, ranch packet and cream cheese to the slow cooker. Whisk until smooth. Add chicken and turn to coat.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours. Shred chicken with two forks then toss to coat in sauce. Serve on rolls with desired toppings.
