
Mint Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box of Devil's Food Cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Fold the Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips into the batter.
- Place the batter into the fridge for 20-30 minutes to chill. Once ready, roll dough into 1 inch balls, or use a cookie scoop.
- Lightly coat each ball with powdered sugar before placing on the cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. Transfer from cookie sheet to a wire rack to cool before serving.
