It was described as the perfect location for a vacation rental or get-away cottage and was listed at an impressive $380,000 price tag.

This Alice In Wonderland-themed cottage is truly mesmerizing with two beds and baths, a quaint living space, and a wood-burning fireplace – all adding to its charm. Even more incredible is the fact that this property boasts over two acres of surrounding nature where guests can explore oak trees and riding trails.
According to Christy Rabe, the listing agent who emphasized all these features that make it so wonderful: “I love all the interior features and amenities. It’s just so whimsical and fun”. And when you walk in? As she adds: “You just walk in, and you just feel like oh my gosh this is such a cute little cottage”!
Despite its potential as a vacation rental destination, buyers wrote up their offer without ever seeing the home first – instead relying on FaceTime video calls from their East Coast agents. They plan on living there full-time proving that when you know something special when you see it (or rather not see it) – nothing else matters.
