Boozy Buttery Apples and Whipped Vanilla Cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp whiskey or to taste
- 2 apples
- 5 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Slice up the apples.
- Heat your butter in the pan until melted, add the apples and fry until golden.
- Add the cinnamon and vanilla extract to the cream and whisk.
- If adding whiskey, add to the pan and cook off for 30 seconds or so.
- Plate the apples and serve with cream.
