Boozy Buttery Apples and Whipped Vanilla Cream

A great dessert recipe that takes only minutes and can utilize leftover apples in your kitchen. Add whiskey for a deep, rich sweet flavor

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp whiskey or to taste
  • 2 apples
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Slice up the apples.
  • Heat your butter in the pan until melted, add the apples and fry until golden.
  • Add the cinnamon and vanilla extract to the cream and whisk.
  • If adding whiskey, add to the pan and cook off for 30 seconds or so.
  • Plate the apples and serve with cream.

Notes

Can also use vanilla ice cream as a topping, as desired
