Cinnamon Apple Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Cinnamon Apple Whiskey Sour
- 2 oz whiskey
- 3-4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz apple juice
- 2-4 oz brown sugar syrup
- pinch of cinnamon
- ice for shaking and serving
Instructions
- Combine the brown sugar and water in a small pot on medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes. Take off heat and pour in a jar. Let cool completely.
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, apple juice, aquafaba, brown sugar syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon in to a cocktail shaker. Don’t add ice yet. Shake vigorously.
- Then, add ice and shake once more to chill. Strain in to a rock glass and garnish with apple slices or a lemon wedge.
